This Top 50 national law firm that is recognised for the work they do are currently looking to recruit several Costs Draftsman across their offices. The Costs team provides a service to their fee earners who deal with the recovery of Costs in practice areas, their primary focus is dealing with the preparation of bills of costs, negotiation, and advocacy within the detailed assessment of costs proceedings.

The Role:
This is an excellent exciting opportunity to join one of the biggest costs teams nationally that are continuing to grow role. You’d be involved in preparation of bills of costs for detailed assessments as well as litigation of bills through the court process.

The ideal applicant will ideally have one year experience working either in-house or for an external supplier and you will have experience in:

- Drafting bills of costs
- Negotiations
- Costs Budget Preparation
- Litigation through the court process
- Advocacy experience is desirable but not necessary

Salary & Benefits:
