Here at GXO, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Transport Administrator to join our team in Andover on our Co-op contract.This is a full-time, permanent role working on a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, 0600 - 18:00. You will be involved in a wide rangeof transport related tasks including reporting, dealing with driver queries, and ensuring our drivers remain complaint with their working hours.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £19,961 per annum. In addition, we offer 23 holiday days, plus bank holidays.You'll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many otherperks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Assist in the compilation of weekly transport statistics, ensuringreports are produced in an accurate and timely fashion
- Manage day to day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments
- Record details of vehicle accidents and ensuring these are escalated to line management
- Driver brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI’S
- Complete regular on-site fuel and oil checks and maintain accurate records of results

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Proven experience within an administration capacity
- Knowledge of tachograph compliance and driver legislation would be a big tick for us
- Good MS office knowledge and numerical skills
- Positive, enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
