**About the Role**:
As an Event Staff member, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions during various events, playing a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our clients' missions. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for attendees, inspiring them to engage with our clients' initiatives through direct conversations and active participation. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a lively environment and have a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Interact with attendees at events, providing them with information about our clients’ missions and encouraging support through donations and sales.
- Sales Promotion: Utilize your persuasive communication skills to drive sales and achieve targets while building positive relationships with potential supporters.
- Event Setup and Management: Assist with the setup and teardown of events, ensuring all materials and displays are ready and effectively represent our clients.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the products and services our clients offer, enabling you to answer questions and address concerns confidently.
- Feedback Collection: Gather insights and feedback from attendees to help improve future events and sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to ensure smooth operations and support each other in achieving sales goals.
- Ongoing Learning: Participate in training sessions to enhance your sales techniques and understanding of our clients’ missions and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Must be available to work full-time, including flexible hours for events, which may involve evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping others and driving sales.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
