**Commercial Finance Manager**

Talentedge have been exclusively engaged by an exceptionally high growth and innovative FinTech scaleup who have huge plans for international expansion and development of their product. This is an excellent time to join this dedicated and ambitious financeteam

In this newly created role, reporting to the CFO, as Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading all commercial activities in the business and building out a robust and scalable commercial finance function that will support all commercialdecision making in the business as it grows.

Key responsibilities include:

- Development and continuous improvement of management reporting across the business
- Full ownership of all FP&A processes including development and analysis of KPIs
- Business partnering stakeholders of all levels across the business
- Creation and development of complex scenario and sensitivity models to support commercial decision making
- Manage the budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process
- Take ownership of the continuous development of the FP&A function including review of systems, tools, controls, and processes to ensure the most appropriate and accurate insights can be generated
- Support the CFO in any future M&A activities

**Profile**:

- Qualified accountant with 3-5 years PQE
- Experience of working within a high growth tech business as well as best practice experience from a larger organisation
- Experience working in a FinTech company
- NetSuite experience, desirable
- Advanced financial modelling skills and strong analysis skills
- Happy to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
