The DEEP Change and Communications Lead, working with the Programme Sponsor and Programme Manager will be responsible for communicating effectively the vision and benefits of S&T data management to engage our people, stakeholders and partners in this exciting transformation, implementing the changes required to deliver our objectives.

**Job description**:
**In this role you will**:
- Be responsible for designing and delivering the communications and engagement plan for DEEP.
- Be responsible for designing and delivering an implementation plan to embed S&T data management interventions within Dstl, in line with DEEP and the Data Strategy for Defence.
- Be a visible, engaged, active leader who creates an open and honest culture, both within the programme and with the wider organisation.

- Experience and evidence of working across organisations and organisational boundaries.
- Has a well-developed understanding of Dstl and how we operate.
- Has strong communication and networking skills with experience of establishing and developing effective relationships across a range of stakeholders.

**Important Information**
This role will require full UK security clearance and you should have resided in the UK for the past 5 years. For some roles Developed Vetting will also be required, in this case you should have resided in the UK for the past 10 years.
