_Harte Recruitment is on the hunt for a sales powerhouse to take the reins as _**Area Sales Director**_ _for one of our top clients - a leading Property business with your base in the Midlands OR the North of England._

**The Package**
- Up to £70,000 basic salary per annum + up to £100,000 OTE(can go higher D.O.E)

You’ll be the go-to sales leader, hitting the road between the Midlands and the Northeast border. No two days will be the same - you’ll need to stay sharp, flexible, and always ahead of the game. You’ll craft killer sales strategies that grow market share and cement the company’s spot as the number one choice for clients. As **Area** **Sales Director**, this is your chance to lead, inspire, and put your stamp on the future of the business.

**The Sales Director role**
- Develop governance policies and ensure compliance with property law, AML, data security, and more
- Work with legal to stay ahead of risks in high-value transactions
- Drive sales strategies that grow the business and open new doors
- Spot fresh opportunities - new markets, new clients, new partnerships
- Own the budget - plan, forecast, and report like a pro
- Maximise profits by making smart, data-driven decisions
- Build and lead a winning team
- Team up with marketing - make sure the brand stands out and shines
- Build rock-solid relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders

**The Person**
- A proven sales leader - you’ve done it before and smashed targets
- Multi branch experience (min 4 years across min 4/5 branches)
- You know the UK estate market inside out
- Leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills (**desirable**)
- Happy to roll with different teams - finance, legal, marketing
- Estate agency experience (**desirable**)
- Degree and/or certifications in business or finance (**desirable**)

INDHP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £70,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
