We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Estates to join MHA, a values-led charity for older people where you will make a difference to the lives of people every day. **About the role** Reporting to the Director of Property, and working closely with our operational teams you**will lead the Estates Service**taking responsibility for the delivery of the major repairs and improvement capital program, statutory program, responsive repairs and maintenance. Using your experience you will review, develop, and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery whilst also supporting the development and implementation of MHA's ESG policy and program with particular reference to EstatesIssues. As part of our Strategic Leadership Team, you will ensure that we deliver the very best we can for as many older people as possible; contribute to the development of the Strategy and lead on the operationalisation of the Strategy; and ensure we live outour values. **About you** You will be a self-motivated, calm and positive individual with great interpersonal and communications skills and a positive drive to deliver and tenacity to see projects through to conclusion.
