**Warehouse Administrator**
**Location**: Bathgate
**Salary**: £27,000 - £31,000 (DOE)
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
**Contract**: Full-time, Permanent

Drummond Distribution Ltd is one of Scotland’s leading independently owned logistics companies, with nearly 100 years of history and operations across five sites in the Central Belt. We are proud of our reputation for providing high-quality transport and storage solutions, and we are now looking for an experienced **Warehouse Administrator** to join our busy Central Warehouse Admin Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast paced operations department, supporting the Warehouse Manager and administration team in delivering first-class service for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements
- Manage stock documentation in line with agreed processes and procedures
- Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) with pallet and operational transactions
- Create picking and dispatch documentation
- Book in supplier deliveries and process within internal systems
- Prepare and issue daily reports (internal and external)
- Liaise with customers, hauliers, and internal teams regarding operational matters
- Support with invoicing and managing a portfolio of customers
- Escalate issues that may affect performance, site operations, or customer relationships
- Produce KPI information and assist with wider operational reporting

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse administration is **essential**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
