We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic In Room Dining Supervisor to join our team** at The Stafford London Hotel.**

About the role, what will I be doing?_**
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Accurately take orders over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure prompt and courteous delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
- Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally and resolve them to the guest's satisfaction.
- Supervise and train In Room Dining staff.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff members, ensuring a smooth service.
- Monitor and uphold high service standards among the staff.

Qualities we are looking for:_**
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality setting, preferably in fine dining
- Previous supervisory experience
- Highly organized, multitasking individual with a positive attitude & a team player
- Ability to manage varying needs and prioritizing to ensure the best business results
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings and evening shifts
