**ABOUT THE ROLE **(In Room Dining Supervisor)

As an In-Room Dining Supervisor you will be in charge and responsible for running and supervising the department’s operations in the absence of the In-Room Dining Manager/Assistant Manager, making sure the standards are met. Leading the team by example and being a role model.

Ensuring efficient collaboration and communication with the kitchen, Guest Service and Guest Relations, as well as understanding guests’ needs, taking ownership of requests and complaints are key to this role.
