**Position Overview**: We are seeking a person to join our team who will be responsible for performing essential maintenance and the up keep at our dealerships around the Midlands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct basic maintenance, including painting, plumbing, basic electrical repairs, and general upkeep.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from Management.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyperson
- Strong skill set in basic maintenance tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Full clean driving licence
