Co-production and Lived Experience Project Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Co
- Production and Lived Experience Lead to join the corporate team to drive this new project forwards within the Trust.
As a strong advocate for the involvement of people with lived experience of wide ranging and multiple disadvantage or complex need, you will seek opportunities for their involvement in the design, delivery and evaluation of Trust services.
The post holder, in collaboration with the Patient Experience Team and the wider care groups will work together to ensure that people with lived experience are included in all forums where patient voices are needed. You will be a natural communicator, able to engage, challenge and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including individuals from a variety of backgrounds who have a range of different needs.
You will also be a key stakeholder in supporting the accessibility agenda within the organisation to ensure opinions of those with lived experience are explored.
Relationship building, consultation and engagement
Ability to network and form positive working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
Ability to both develop and implement plans and processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good organisational, administrative and report writing skills
Ability to plan own work, work independently and to prioritise effectively
