At Clean Arrow Ltd, we are on the lookout for a dedicated, reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, your responsibilities will include safely transporting a team of up to 5 individuals to and from scheduled job sites. Additionally, you will be expected to perform cleaning duties, demonstrating competence, skill, flexibility, and a results-driven mindset. We offer an extensive benefits package, including a provided van with no associated costs, insurance coverage, fuel expenses covered, and fortnightly pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate various vehicles, primarily vans, to transport the team to assigned job locations safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the assigned vehicle.
- Ensure effective communication with team members to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transport.
- Assist the team with loading and unloading materials required for the job.
- Flexibility in working hours is essential due to early starts and potential late returns.
- Follow schedules and routes provided by the company.
- Complete necessary paperwork such as trip logs or incident reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a chauffeur, van driver, or delivery driver is advantageous.
- Familiarity with driving regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with loading and unloading work materials.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and days.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: Approximately £21,674 (full-time)
