We have an exciting opportunity for a **NX Leisure **Holiday Consultant, **based in our** Birmingham Head Office, **you will be responsible for promoting the National Express Leisure brand and growing the business through developing strong relationships with both new and prospective customers and offering a tailored customer experience.

What you'll do...
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

What you'll need...
- Experience of selling in a customer oriented environment
- Experience of exceeding in a target driven sales environment.
- Experience of both an inbound and outbound sales environment.
- Ability to earn and retain product knowledge
