This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to work within one of the biggest Integrated Care Systems (ICS), supporting transformation and delivery, working across organisational and professional boundaries to provide a joined-up health care and wellbeing system.

Our elective work is guided by our programme principles:

- Improve patient access, outcome and experience will be at the core of everything we do.
- We will test and implement progressive models to fundamentally improve patient pathways and meet our objectives.
- We will work to improve the whole Elective Pathway, with key links to other programmes and system areas (e.g. local authorities, primary care, community and regional teams).
- We will drive to improve effectiveness, efficiency (financial and operational) and minimise unwarranted variation in all objective areas
