**Your Role**:
The Transformation Delivery Lead (TDL) is responsible for leading and delivering transformation projects across the business, working in partnership with business owners to create business value to meet the SD Worx Strategy. The TDL will need to be a passionate to make a difference and have a positive impact by bringing forward-thinking solutions to the business. The projects the TDL will work on can vary from defining strategy, delivering large scale organisation change, leading on integrations of new acquisitions and to leading growth in new teams.
The TDL will act as a check and challenge role when working across the business to ensure we are tackling the highest priorities in order to make the biggest impact.
The TDL will need to be versatile in capability and like to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
**Your Responsibilities**:
1. Provide leadership across the Transformation Office working with the business to create and lead successful delivery of change transformation projects focusing on business growth, improving customer centricity, improving productivity, increasing engagement, and be more cost effective
2. Brings forward-thinking solutions to the business. Applies expertise, knowledge of business principles and SD Worx’s organization to develop actionable solutions or recommendations
3. Develops long-term business strategies that maximize impact for SD Worx
4. Is responsible for stakeholder alignment, brings together all stakeholders and persuade them to take the necessary action
5. Ensures projects are delivered on time, looks out for roadblocks and find alternatives
6. Be a change leader and role model in the business, focused always on continuous improvement of process, people and tools
7. Ensure good stakeholder management and transparent reporting is in place in order to help the business make effective decisions
**Your Profile**:
1. Master degree in Business or Engineering combined with an MBA or equivalent through experience
2. Ideally, you have gained experience in a strategic and/or management consultancy
3. Experience in dealing with senior management
4. Excellent communication and influencing skills
5. Good Project management experience
6. Demonstrable business acumen and you are able to develop a strategy and think out of the box
7. Strong Relationship Management skills managing internal/external stakeholders
8. Analytical, process-oriented
