We are an independent distribution business with a reliable and innovative approach to supplying breakfast products to some of the most iconic buildings in London. Rather than simply being a delivery partner, we work with our customers to help them to cater for their employees with sustainability in mind: we help to minimise food miles, packaging and food waste.
We now employ approximately 30 staff.
**Purpose of the role**

We are now looking for a Senior HR and Compliance Administrator to build a robust HR function and drive culture and values as our business grows.

**Key responsibilities and tasks**
**Human Resources**
- Responsible for all HR processes across the Group, including the roll out of Bright HR
- Develop and implement a staff journey model from induction through to exit
- Develop and embed a robust, but efficient, staff training and development programme
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring for managers and team leaders
- Manage the recruitment process, from job advertisement to contract offers
- Record and maintain all staff details
- Producing a monthly payroll change document, including salary changes, starters/leavers, absences and any other adjustments
- Deliver internal KPIs for HR function
- Maintain and improve process to limit business risk
- Responsible for HR budgets (recruitment, training and staff welfare)
**Compliance**
- Assume responsibility for our Health and Safety compliance and reporting requirements
- Be a member of our HACCP advisory team (training can be provided) and actively improve and monitor our Food Safety compliance programme
- Provide regular reporting to the Management Team on operational compliance
**About you**
- Degree educated
- 3 years+ of HR Experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Good understanding of MS 365 apps and HR software.
- Forward thinker to challenge and change processes and culture
- Able to work independently whilst being a team member.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
