As a Field Care Supervisor, you will assess care packages, supervise a team of care staff, assist with coordinating staff rotas, and support the on-call service when needed. **Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- Work as part of the Care team
- Prior to each service commencing, carry out with customers (and/or their chosen representatives) an assessment of what the client’s care needs are and risk assessment
- Creating and managing Care Plans/Care Needs Assessments
- Investigate matters relating to the quality of the service and implement improvements
- Carryout Spot-checks and Face to face supervisions with carers
- Support the continuous development and wellbeing of carers
- Maintain proper customer care documentation
- Carryout care assessments when and if required
- Check the quality-of-care notes and identify any gaps for improvement
- Assist with coordinating when required
- Assist with on call when required

- Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients and their families
- Position is based in our Kirkintilloch branch
**Required Criteria**
- Experience as a Snr Care Assistant/Team Leader
- Excellent communication
- Full UK Driver’s license
- SVQ3
**Desired Criteria**
You must have good numeracy, literacy and IT skills and be able to communicate well with various individuals with differing needs and communication ability. You must be able to give and take direction.
**Skills Needed**
Ability to Identify and Anticipate needs, Providing Care (in emergencies), Administrative skills
**Job Type**: Permanent Salary: Up to £25.000per year depending on qualifications and experience.
