**Role Responsibilities**:

- Management of field engineer's dairies / work loads
- Liaising with customers / end users to manage all site works
- Invoicing
- Managing required parts for field engineers / jobs
- Assisting with the management of Riello training courses

**Role Purpose**:

- Working for the market leader in the UK HVAC sector
- Working within an established Service dept team
- Helping to grow the aftersales revenue of the business
- Creating great relationships with customers and colleagues

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Experience within a similar service co-ordination role
- Ability to use own initiative and work in a team
- Based within geographical area (office based position)
