We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our tax advisory team as a Trainee Tax Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to launch a professional career in taxation, providing comprehensive training and development for an ambitious individual looking to build expertise in tax consultation and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior tax advisors in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individual and corporate clients
- Conduct initial research and gather financial documentation from clients
- Support the team in tax planning strategies and identifying potential tax optimization opportunities
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Prepare preliminary tax reports and financial summaries
- Attend client meetings to understand their financial contexts and tax requirements
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs

**Required Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a 2:1 in Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Recent graduate with strong academic performance
- Basic understanding of tax principles and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of numeracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Desired Skills**:

- Relevant internship experience in accounting or tax preparation
- Knowledge of tax preparation software
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Professional certification pursuit (e.g., CTA, ATT) is a plus
