Trainee Fishmonger

This role is for our expanding catering department and we require a trainee fish monger/ blockman

You will learn to prepare fish and shellfish to the highest standard for our catering department by following our 4 step training plan which gives you pay incentives as you learn to become a highly skilled member of the team.

Shift Patterns are (5 shifts per week)

Monday 5am
- Finish

Tuesday 5am
- Finish

Wednesday 5am
- Finish

Thursday 5am
- Finish

Friday 5am
- Finish

Saturday OFF

Sunday OFF

Daily job finish can range between is dependent on the time of year etc. This can be discussed in more detail at interview.

**What you will need?**
- Excellent timekeeping
- Keen eye for detail
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Some knife skills experience either working as a chef, butcher or other relevant roles.
