Trainee Fishmonger

This role is for our expanding catering department and we require a trainee Fishmonger.

You will learn to prepare fish and shellfish to the highest standard for our catering department by following our 4 step training plan which gives you pay incentives as you learn to become a highly skilled member of the team.

Shift Patterns are (5 shifts per week)

Monday 8pm-3am (or job finish)

Tuesday 8pm-3am (or job finish)

Wednesday 8pm-3am (or job finish)

Thursday 8pm-3am (or job finish)

Friday 8pm-3am (or job finish)

**What you will need?**
- Excellent timekeeping
- Keen eye for detail
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Some knife skills experience either working as a chef, butcher or other relevant roles.
