**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
- Support catering events as required, assisting with setup and breakdown.
- Perform bartending duties as needed, preparing beverages in accordance with established recipes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Experience in catering services is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
- A positive attitude towards helping others and providing excellent customer service is crucial.
- Bartending experience would be beneficial but not mandatory.
