Overview

We are seeking reliable and friendly full time Front of House staff to join the team at our restaurant. The successful candidates will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, while providing exceptional and friendly customer service to visitors. Please note the vacancies are not seasonal vacancies and you will be required to work both weekdays and weekends on a rota basis, evening work may also be required on occasion.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders, using our integrated till and payments systems
  • Serving food and drinks to customers
  • Handle card payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant and surrounding area
  • Provide friendly and welcoming customer service, ensuring a positive experience for visitors
  • Answer our telephone and deal with enquiries
  • Welcome customers and seat them in accordance of the restaurant layout
  • Check our online bookings system and take bookings manually over the telephone

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • FOH experience, however training will be given for suitable candidates
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual, with excellent time management skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
