Looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, driven, Operations Scheduler to join a dynamic, growing, Company.
The successful applicant will take responsibility of daily scheduling 80-90 staff across Elizabeth line, picking up sickness cover and any additional operational request across the designated business area. Other operations support tasks are required from data collation through to supporting the Operations Manager in driving contract performance.
The Contract Scheduler directly reports to the Operations Manager in relation to their responsibilities and performance. The position offers hybrid working but there will be time when you are required to work from our main office.

- Goal-oriented, organized, team player
- A fair and diligent attitude to people scheduling
- Ability to analyse data and sales statistics, translating results into improved solutions
- Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem solver who thrives on challenge
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- A proven track record in scheduling large teams
- A resilient mindset; being proactive and reactive to any manning issues and challenges
- The ability to be flexible and open minded, with an aptitude to think “outside the box”
