**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Assist with catering events, including setup and breakdown of service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
- Support barista duties as needed, preparing coffee and other beverages to specification.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with catering services is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is required to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in serving or barista roles will be beneficial in delivering quality service.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.41 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
