**Job Summary**
A Small family owned hotel seeks a front of house person who will be involved in all front of house duties. An outgoing personality would be essential Accommodation can be supplied. Beauly is a nice small village with a variety of characters and lots of historical connections around the world. We enjoy an informal way of dealing with customers and duties are listed below.

**Duties**
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring high quality and presentation.
- Assist in bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Support catering events as required, helping to set up, serve, and clean up after functions.
- Uphold health and safety regulations while providing excellent hospitality to all patrons.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Skills in food preparation and bartending will be advantageous for this role.
- A strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial for success in this position.

Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
