This is a **temporary**, NHS Receptionist Band 3 (**£13.5ph**) role, with an immediate start date until the end of October. The role is based on-site 5 days in North London and will require the occasional finish of 6pm.
Excellent customer service and IT skills are needed for the role. The interview will take place on-site, in person.

**Description**

NHS Receptionist Band 3:

- Front of house and office assistant
- Ensure that all Trust users receive an efficient, polite and helpful response at all times
- Provide support to the General Office Manager and cover to the receptionists and front desk staff
- Answer all incoming telephone calls to the Trust
- Photocopying, scanning, binding, incoming and outgoing post
- Handle enquiries from patients, with guidance available from line manager if required
- Process patient data on computerised patient appointment system at reception when patients arrive

NHS Receptionist Band 3:

- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent IT skills, able to update and read data using Excel and other Microsoft tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to pick up systems with training support
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work as part of a team and all levels of staff
- Able to form positive relationships
- Treat everyone with respect and courtesy
