LCON093 Leeds Conservatoire is seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator to support projects, activities and initiatives within the Projects Team. The main purpose of the role will be to give excellent support to a range of areas within the Projects Team with a focus on stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with an interest in music and the performing arts and experience of producing written or creative content, to support our work with stakeholders including partner organisations and supporters of Leeds Conservatoire.
- Developing communications materials to keep our external partners and supporters updated with our work at Leeds Conservatoire.
- Being at the forefront of a team looking to build exciting new relationships across the creative sectors that help Leeds Conservatoire to meet its strategic aims.
- Creating written reports and funding bids for a range of our supporters that make a huge difference to our students.
- Assisting with the planning and running of live events, in collaboration with some of our partner organisations.
- Managing our contacts through using our Customer Relationship Management systems.

Initially, the successful applicant will be expected to work in a hybrid manner, based at Leeds Conservatoire, but with opportunities to work from home.

The expectation for this role is that the core working hours will be Monday-Friday daytime, though there may be occasional evening and weekend work to assist with activities related to the projects the team supports.
