- Monitor site activities for compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, escalating issues where necessary.

**Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**

- Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, local authorities, and residents regarding project activities.
- Provide timely updates on works, progress, and potential impacts to stakeholders and the public.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare updates, and maintain positive relationships to ensure smooth project delivery.

**Documentation and Reporting**

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, plans, reports, and inspection records.
- Track project performance, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
- Support post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Skills and Experience**

- Proven experience in civil engineering, streetworks coordination, or project coordination within the utilities or construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of NRSWA, TMA, and relevant regulations and codes of practice.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or GIS systems).
- Understanding of traffic management principles, health and safety regulations, and environmental best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required.
