Due to growth they are now looking for aCredit Controller, this will be a varied role working directly with departments heads, as well as the sales and accounts receivable team. This is the perfect role for somebody looking to make the next step or join a business that can offer bags of personaldevelopment.

Due to the nature of the business, Credit Control is a fast-paced department, which requires a flexible, can-do attitude and strong team-work throughout the business. You will be working alongside two welcoming and experienced credit controllers that willprovide training from day one.

**Role**
- Allocation of cash, reconciliation and ensure debtor notes are kept up to date and maintained.
- Set up of Direct Debit processes.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Pro actively identify accounts that will require special attention and prepare for review or escalation.
- Liaise with the sales order processing team to ensure that all customer details are up to date and correct.
- Maintain accurate individual measurement and performance statistics in line with team SLA's.
- Produce credit notes when requested
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively looking for ways to streamline processes.

**Person**

You will have 1+ years accounting experience, ideally within credit control/purchase or sales ledger. As well as fantastic communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of stakeholders on a day to day basis that will require a calm and consideratemanner. Ideally you will have strong excel experience.
