Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Organise hospitality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
**Skills**:
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and providing administrative support to the team. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of the office. Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00 and Friday 08:00-12:00
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 34 per week
