Long-covid Administrator

Working within the Adult Community Services Directorate in the Integrated Care Division, you will be responsible for administrating the patient journey through the Post-Acute Covid Assessment Service (alsoknown as ‘Long-COVID’).
You will assist the Multi-Disciplinary Group meetings and liaise closely with local clinical teams, particularly with the GP’s, and Therapists.
This is a great opportunity for development, as you will interact with a variety of services and specialities both in the acute and community sector.
You will manage the outpatient waiting list and book patients chronologically. You will review the the Yorkshire Screening Tool to ensure follow-up appointments are booked in coordination with the team and Service Manager.
Must have a driving licence and access to a car as travel to Salford University and Lanceburn Health Centre will be required.
