**Systems Engineer (MBSE)** - Inside/Outside IR35 - Up to £600 p/ day - Open to Permanent staff - Defence - MBSE, DOORs, Full SE Lifecycle - Remote/Occasional Travel - Open to both Junior and Senior profiles **Required knowledge & experience** A Systems Engineer is required to support a programme of engineering transformation, centred around the rollout and embedding of the Engineering Development Framework. The client for this work is an international defence company involved in capital projects who is seeking to improve programme and engineering delivery performance and governance. - Model Based Systems Engineering using Architectural Frameworks such as MODAF/NAF. Using behavioural, structural, and trace modelling to define future systems: - Familiarity with UML, SysML, Archimate or BPMN - Requirements derivation - Understands the "non-identical twins" relationship between architecture and requirements. - Can use and direct others in development of architecture to recognised standards using architecture frameworks. - Has an understanding of wider modelling approaches such as 1st principles modelling, empirical modelling, event modelling. - Has a practical understanding of formal methods such as state machines. **Required Competenices** - Systems Concepts - Solution Architecture - Business Modelling - Requirements Definition - Requirements Management - Systems Design: Model Based System Engineering **Experience and Qualifications Required** - SC Clearance - TOGAF - Not Essential
