**The Role**

Principal for Bradstow School & Registered Children’s Home

£89,661 - £102,823 per annum (plus £15,097 Non-Residential Heads Allowance)

Start date - From January 2025

Bradstow is a residential special school registered as a children’s home in Broadstairs, Kent, catering for children and young people with severe intellectual disabilities who are on the autistic spectrum continuum. Many of our children and young people have associated communication difficulties and emotional/behavioural challenges associated with their disabilities and medical needs. The school caters for 38-week residents, and there are an increasing number of day students from the local area.

In addition to being a strong advocate for our young people, they will be tenacious, resilient, and a reflective practitioner, with the ability to keep calm in challenging situations, delivering the best possible outcomes for the complex young people in our care.

For the successful applicant, relocation expenses will be considered.
