The Corporate Business Change Team has a temporary vacancy for a Senior Business Change Officer. We seek an enthusiastic, committed, and motivated person to join our team, leading on a number of projects to achieve savings and to improve the quality, efficiency and performance of Council services.
You would be joining a well-respected team within the Council, which has a track record of developing staff to enable them to further their careers.
The role often involves a consultancy approach and offers the opportunity to implement techniques linked to achieving efficiencies within a creative and solution-focused environment. It also involves engagement with senior management.
The team generates ideas for transformational change, as well as examining current operations and seeking ways to improve them to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and/or generate income.
