A talented, well organised, and highly motivated Marketing & Communications Coordinator is required to provide a broad ranging marketing service for one of Europe's leading automotive aftermarket parts groups.

Supplying replacement parts and products for all popular European, Japanese and Korean vehicles, our client is currently one of the fastest growing automotive groups in Europe. Each individual component is carefully manufactured for consistent, reliable performancein real world conditions and priced to deliver genuine value to aftermarket customers worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of marketing plans with distributors in the UK and in any one of over 40 markets worldwide.
- Provide necessary support across marketing activities including social media, events, merchandise, literature, displays and promotions, etc.
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to maintain social media engagement across channels, including responding to comments, questions and direct messages.
- Receiving and responding to general marketing enquiries received into the business.
- Working with external suppliers to develop and source marketing & promotional materials, ensuring customer approval processes and deadlines are met.
- Involvement in the planning and execution of industry exhibitions or group events.
- Supporting the accurate tracking of marketing spend, collation of marketing data, information and reports, preparation of marketing presentations, organisation of relevant postal communications and marketing shipments as required.
- Sharing marketing team activity, such as customer promotions on Yammer for internal awareness

**Skills & Experience**
- B2B marketing support experience.
- A relevant degree qualification (e.g - Marketing), or sufficient commercial experience.
- Monitoring Social media channels
- Customer service experience.
- Strong creative writing/copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms
- Ability to quickly build credibility and relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- First-hand knowledge of the automotive parts industry would be ideal but is not essential.
- CIM accreditation is desirable.
