**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include:

- Supporting and leading governance reporting along with management information.
- Assisting in the development of documents, processes and procedures.
- Monitoring mailboxes and acting as required.
- Assisting in the maintenance of our customer relationship management tool.
- Providing meeting administration, which includes setting up meetings; setting up agendas; note taking and reporting progress; arranging travel and accommodation; booking car hire.
- Reporting, recording and briefing support for the Engagement Hub with stakeholders.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Confident at proposing and making improvements to guidance and processes.
- Experience of managing meetings or team administration including providing minuting and other administrative support.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.
- Effective at time management and ability to organise and prioritise work ensuring deadlines are met.
