**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
- Utilise accounting software such as SAGE, Payroll Manager and Evolution ( Training can be provided on software) to manage financial records and payroll transactions.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure accurate employee records are maintained within the HRIS system.
- Analyse payroll data for discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist with accounts payable functions as needed, ensuring smooth financial operations within the organisation.
- Prepare reports related to payroll metrics for management review.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role within an accounting or HR environment.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAGE, Payroll Manager and Evolution or other HRIS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with colleagues across departments.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
