**We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and organised individual who has excellent attention to detail and a strong enthusiasm for motor vehicles to join our friendly and busy team.**

**Your duties would include**:
** Dealing with customers face to face during the dropping off and collection of their vehicle.**

** Understanding customers’ needs and requirements.**

** Updating customers of any additional or unexpected repairs, and confirming authorisation.**

** Liaising with our parts coordinator.**

** Controlling the workshop diary and bookings.**

** Close liaising with Workshop Manager on cars onsite.**

** Working to deadlines and keeping communication with our clients at all times.**

**Good organisation and communication skills are imperative as we require someone that can work well as part of a team as well as alone.**

**A full UK driving licence is essential.**

** Permanent**

**Hours 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday Salary: £19,000 to £25,000 per year**
