HOURLY RATE: Up to c£40 (£DOE)
THE ROLE:
This busy firm in the North East are currently looking for an experienced Locum Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join them on a temporary basis to manage their own caseload of corporate transactional and company law advisory work. Your workload will includestructuring and governance, on behalf of a broad range of clients from individuals to LLPs and managed businesses. The team enjoy a range of high quality and complex work and offer the chance for an ambitious lawyer to develop their existing skillset and workcollaboratively with the Partner responsible for the team.
