We are one of the UK's leading independent hair restoration company in the UK. As a Sales Consultant (Patient Advisor) you will be offering aesthetic services to our clients. All treatment knowledge & training is provided.

You have one of the most important jobs at our company. Every day you are finding key USP that's going to delight a potential client and turn an enquiry into a booking.

So you'll thrive on identifying clients' needs and matching them to our services to give a best-fit solution.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Conducting a face to face consultation with our client and assess their situation.
- Achieving contact conversion and revenue targets by matching our products and services to the needs of the customer
- Returning calls to customers when promised and responding as appropriate
- Maintaining regular contact with customers (existing and prospective) through outbound calls and face to face to identify sales opportunities
- Recording details of all potential leads
- Undertaking any other duties effectively, as required by Management

**SKILLS YOU'LL BRING**
- Thrive on Targets and comfortable being measured on these
- Experience of dealing with high call volumes
- Self-motivated with an ability to deliver on sales
- IT literate and competent with databases and spreadsheets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience of working within strict KPIs
- Attentive to detail and dedicated to quality
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

**Role Requirements**
- Experienced in Direct Sales environment/customer facing role or telesales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident and highly presentable
- have a passion for sales
- generate new leads and be able to convert those leads into repeat business
- excellent communication skills
- be proactive in following up enquiries
- excellent customer service skills
- be proactive in meeting and liaising with customers

**No medical knowledge experience needed, As full training will be given.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
