Our client is a nationally recognisable museum who are searching for the newest member of their hospitality sales team.

**So what’s the role?**
Answering to the Head of Catering and Hospitality you support the Sales Manager with all sales enquiries. Everything from weddings to corporate functions.
The role will have some very limited weekend working which is returned in lieu. Notably the client has a huge event on New Years Day which all staff are present for. Some flexibility from you is reciprocated by our client.
As well and converting enquiries into sales, you’ll also carry out administration of bookings
- everything from confirmations to plans of the events themselves. You’ll be busy, experience of a fast paced environment is preferred.
You’ll need good humour and a bright personality. Someone who is customer focussed and approachable and enjoys being a key part of a dedicated team.
You may have a background in sales and hospitality, but it’s not essential. Everything from customer service to working at visitor attractions would be helpful to make you successful in this role.
