Job Title: Hospitality Assistant
Location: Weybridge (must be based on-site)
Hours: Full time, permanent (40 hours per week)

Joining a leading organisation, you will be responsible for coordinating a range of on-site functions, ensuring that all guests to the venue receive the best possible customer service and experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have a background in hospitality and events, with exceptional customer service skills. The on-site events offered can range from corporate workdays, to weddings, wakes, meetings and open days - each requiring set up,service and 'pack down’. You will work closely with the catering teams, as well as the Head of Hospitality Operations to make sure that every event runs smoothly from beginning to end with maximum customer satisfaction. The nature of this position requiressome flexibility, as some events may be held on evenings and weekends.

We’re looking for someone who loves what they do, and who can bring their positive, customer-focussed attitude, and who knows how to make events run well. On your CV, we would like to see:
Experience working in a hospitality setting
