If you: - Have the passion for customer service and hospitality - Have great communication and customer relationship skills - Loves working as part of a passionate team - Enjoys working in a fast pace environment We want you to join our gang As a Reservations Agent, you will: - Ensure that reservations are dealt with effectively and carry out room merchandising to maximize room revenue - Ensure that all reservation calls are dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner - Check all correspondence in connection with reservations and deal with it accordingly - Run all appropriate reports connected with rooms as laid down in the Reservations Manual and distribute to the appropriate Managers - Have excellent organisational and administration skills We are a 4** **star property with 312 bedrooms, 17 meeting and conference facilities including the 446 seated Shaw Theatre and GA KingsX Bar & Restaurant. **Salary**: £28,899 per annum **Qualifications** - Previous Front Office or Reservations experience is essential - Knowledge of Opera cloud software - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills **Additional Information** Benefits** - Three complimentary Bonus Breaks - benefit from a free one or two day break in another Accor property in the UK each year - Pension Scheme - Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels worldwide - Free meals on duty and free access to hotel gym - Up to 33 days of annual leave per annum
