**Why become a CASE Graduate**:
CASE partners with world class universities and not-for-profit organisations to offer a unique hands-on learning experience. Join us for a one-year extensive programme to explore roles in educational fundraising, alumni relations and communications or marketing, collectively known as the advancement profession.

Embedded in our Talent Management and Career Hub under the Opportunity Inclusion Centre (OIC), this initiative creates an opportunity for talented individuals to contribute towards the transformational impact of education, whether increasing philanthropic support, engaging alumni or helping to build an institution’s reputation.

**The programme**:
While trainees benefit from professional development at the host institution, CASE focuses on helping them take their first steps in advancement by delivering a series of online learning workshops, as well as a complementary programme of in-person training and networking opportunities.

Furthermore, CASE aspires to prepare them, so they arrive with both, a determination to bring their valuable perspectives within the sector, and the confidence to connect with various career pathways that are key to help transform lives.

The CASE Graduate Alumni Community counts 123 past trainees, among which 88 remain in advancement or working in other supportive professions. A number of them also continue their career journey whilst supporting CASE as volunteers.
