The People & Culture team are based across our Cheltenham, Bristol, Birmingham and Amersham offices. We provide a full HR service to the business, encompassing Total Reward, Employee Experience & Engagement, Organisational Development & Talent, Resourcing and Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. The Resourcing & Talent Acquisition Hub consists of the 'Experienced Hires' team and the 'Early Careers' team and is responsible for 360* recruitment across the business in line with the Firm’s People & Culture Strategy. This is a full-time, temporary position based from our Cheltenham or Bristol office and will be worked under our flexible-working 'WorkSmart' framework where you will have the option to share your time between the office (around 2-3 days per week with flexibility) and home. We will consider a job share. **Responsibilities**: **The main priority for the role will be to take ownership for arranging a relatively high volume of interviews**: - Liaising with hiring managers to ensure diaries are accessible and up to date for interviews - Communicating updates or challenges with the R&TA team - Other tasks you may be asked to undertake include but are not limited to:_ - Uploading job descriptions to SharePoint and ensuring there is also a copy in the R&TA job description folder - Adding employee referral details to the employee referral spreadsheet held in the R&TA folder - Assisting in maintaining the recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up to date - Adding job vacancies onto jobsites, updating website with jobs and social media platforms - Supporting the wider R&TA team members from time to time with administrative support - Promoting BW as a great place to work, and support on initiatives to help BW become more diverse and inclusive within our recruitment - Forging relationships with the wider People & Culture team to enable effective and productive working - Ad hoc recruitment related admin and any other reasonable task as advised from time-to-time - Support, Implement and Maintain Information Security procedures and activities in accordance with Barnett Waddingham’s Information Security Policy Qualifications: - Administration experience is essential - Ideally previous Internal Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Resourcing or Recruitment Administration experience (either in-house or agency) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word - Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once, whilst also maintaining accuracy and high attention to detail - Ability to manage and prioritise a complex and changing workload efficiently - Willingness to learn and the ability to work under pressure - Ability to always maintain complete confidentiality **Key Deliverables (Objectives)** - Support in the delivery of key recruitment metrics What's in it for you?: **Core & Flexible Benefits**: - Competitive discretionary annual bonus - Core benefits paid for by BW including life assurance, group income protection, private medical cover and 25 days holiday per year with holiday trading - A generous pension scheme where we contribute 8% of your salary from day one of your employment - Employee Assistance Programme to support you and your family through any concerns or challenges you may experience - A comprehensive range of voluntary benefits to suit your life stage and lifestyle including a tech scheme, cycle to work scheme, dental cover, healthcare cash plan, health assessments, critical illness cover, extension of private medical cover or life assurance to family members, gym membership, travel insurance and a broad range of discounts at hundreds of retailers including supermarkets, fitness centres, travel and leisure companies - Fresh fruit, hot and cold drinks provided free of charge in all of our offices **Giving Something Back**: - 1 paid volunteering day per year as a commitment to our Corporate Social Investment - Support your favourite charity with the "Give as You Earn" option - Match-funding for individuals raising money for a recognised charity - Our corporate social investment programme is an integral part of what we do an
