On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Resourcing Coordinator (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based in Abbey Wood Bristol 2 days per week or as business requires.

As a Resourcing Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be:

- Work closely with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and effective recruitment aligned to organisational priorities
- Maintain accurate headcount and resourcing data to support reporting and workforce planning
- Coordinate resourcing governance activities including documentation, approvals, and meeting support
- Support identification of resourcing gaps and assist in planning for future workforce needs
- Provide administrative and coordination support across recruitment and workforce planning activities

**Essential**:

- Experience in resourcing coordination or recruitment operations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and HR systems
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

**Desirable**:

- Workforce Planning experience
