**Duration**:Permanent

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break

**Benefits**: Holiday allowance 20 days plus all bank holidays, increasing to 23 days.

Our award-winning client in Burgess Hill are currently seeking a proactive, friendly sales support person to join their busy team. You will work closely with internal departments and external customers to manage incoming sales requests and enquiries fromgenerating quotes and managing administrative processes, to co-ordinating works and being a point of contact through the sales process to ensure timely and accurate project completions.

This role is good blend of customer facing and back-office work that will utilise someone's excellent customer service skills along with their orginisation and administrative skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with commercial customers and their supply chain partners
- Work with internal departments to generate and deliver detailed bids/quotations to customers
- Manage pipeline information from main clients
- Process/raise any paperwork needed (in accordance with Quality Management System / ISO procedures) for projects
- Liaise with production and sales to assist an accurate and timely production schedule maintaining client expectations
- Occasional face-to-face client visits and meetings

**Requirements**:

- Thorough, responsive, consistent and good attention to detail
- Self-starter and able to take own initiative to solving problems
- Organised and flexible in approach to managing and delivering varying workload
- High level of computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Understanding of vinyl graphic materials and production processes would be advantageous but not essential
