**Product Optimisation Manager**

TNI has an opportunity for a **Development Manager** to join our manufacturing site in Stirling. With a detailed understanding of Operations, the Development Manager is responsible for maintaining key metrics and performance measures across theplant including all aspects of Safety, Delivery, Quality & Visual Management Standards on a day-to-day basis
You will work collaboratively with the Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager to identify and embed a more efficient way of working in the production area. Other assigned duties include training & development of teams & individuals, planned maintenance/shut-downsupport & responsibility for a Services Team driving all aspects of housekeeping standards across the Shop Floor.
The role of Product Optimisation Manager shall also include holiday/absence cover for the Production Manager role - allowing you a great opportunity for personal development.

**Responsibilities**:

- A highly focused and credible leader with the drive and energy to be able to liaise and support production Senior Shift Leaders to help ensure daily performance and meet set production targets on daily basis whilst ensuring compliance in all matters relatingto HSEQ
- A good communicator who can present information in a persuasive and influential manner & can confidently lead or partake in various one to one or team meetings as and when required,
- Real team player who promotes collaborative working and actively seeks to build strong working relationships with internal/external customers
- A key part of the role shall be to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, standardize or in some cases simplify our processes
- Driving housekeeping standards is a key focus area within the role of the Development Manager, they shall oversee the services team and outlay work as planned day to day week on week
- Be IT literate and able to learn new software quickly and have a knowledge of finances
- Production and wider business understanding would be a distinct advantage.
